Purchasing Land at Kindira Monarch Glen

Follow these steps to secure your place among our first residents

Our Kindira community in Monarch Glen is launching soon, with the first land releasing in March 2026. Lots within the Mulayn Neighbourhood will be available through a Registration to Purchase (RTP) process.

We sat down with sales consultants Eileen Merriman and Chris Reid to explain the steps involved, and key considerations, for those interested in joining our welcoming and inclusive neighbourhood, located 50 kilometres from Brisbane’s CBD.

With a diverse range of homesites, from 300sqm to 640sqm, we are already receiving strong interest in Kindira, ahead of its first release.

Register your interest

The RTP process has been introduced at Kindira to manage the high level of enquiry, allowing those who register for project updates to be among the first to receive detailed information about upcoming releases.

“Registering puts you on our VIP database, so you’ll receive information about new land releases before the details are made publicly available,” Eileen says.

“You will be provided with all the information you need to prepare for the release, including terms and conditions, lots available, and pricing, so you can start getting your finance ready and considering your home building options.

“You’ll also be advised of the date and time when the RTP portal will open.”

RTP portal

Eileen again reinforces being prepared. If you are seeking finance, you will need to have a letter from your broker or bank pre-approval, along with proof of funds for your deposit. Those who do not require finance need to show proof of funds to cover both the land and home.

“When the portal opens, you’ll have 15 minutes to complete and submit the form before it auto-refreshes, so you’ll need to have these documents ready to upload,” she says.

Lot allocations

Those who lodge an eligible RTP submission will be contacted, in order of priority, by the team to discuss their lot preference. Ahead of the call, Eileen says you should consider which lot design best suits your budget and ideal home.

“We recommend visiting the nearby Everleigh Display Village and talking to builders, to see what homes fit your lifestyle and financial position,” says Eileen.

“This will give you a clear understanding of the type of lot you’re looking to purchase. We have a range of homesites available to suit various home sizes and designs, so you can match your preferred home to the right lot for you.

“During your lot allocation call, we’ll also discuss the next steps to finalise your land purchase.”

Securing your lot

After the call, you will receive an email with information on the $5,000 RTP payment needed to secure your allocated homesite. You will have 24 hours to make the payment and respond to the email.

“You’ll need to act quickly, so if you have any further questions following our discussion, we recommend getting in touch as soon as possible, so you don’t miss out,” says Eileen.

Land contract issued

Chris says you will be invited to a face-to-face appointment with the Kindira team to step through the contract and answer any questions.

“When you’re confident in your new lot in Kindira and ready to proceed, you’ll sign your contract electronically,” he says. “This makes the process fast, simple and convenient.”

Finance approval

It is then over to your mortgage broker or bank, if you are seeking finance, to check your documents and arrange a valuation of your lot in Kindira.

“It’s important to understand your bank may want your house and land contracts together, to lend you the total amount,” says Chris. “As such, we recommend considering home builders and designs early, so you’re ready to present this information when needed.

“It gives the bank the confidence you are in a financial position to complete your home build.”

Settlement of your new homesite

The big day has arrived! Settlement of your new homesite is a major milestone in your homebuilding journey. On this day, you will make the final payment for your land.

“Once this occurs, the land title will be transferred into your name and, congratulations, you’re officially part of the Kindira community,” says Chris.

“Please be mindful, settlement of your homesite is subject to you having a build contract in place, and the documents to demonstrate it.”

Following homesite settlement, Chris says it is time for your builder to start construction of your new home. “You’ll now enter the next exciting phase of your homebuilding journey, seeing your dream home come to life,” he says.
