A second 5,000sqm neighbourhood park will be delivered soon after, giving local families plenty of opportunity for exercise and play. A further eight neighbourhood parks will be delivered in future stages from 2030 onwards.</p> <p style="margin-left: 40px;">Kindira will be renowned for its leafy landscapes, with 40 per cent of the masterplan (400 hectares) to be retained as conservation bushland. In the first few years of development, conservation trails will be created to invite locals to explore the natural beauty of their surrounds.</p> <p style="margin-left: 40px;">&nbsp;</p> <h3 style="margin-left: 40px;">A place to learn</h3> <p style="margin-left: 40px;">A new state primary school is expected to commence construction circa 2031, catering for up to 625 Prep to Year 7 students.</p> <p style="margin-left: 40px;">Students will benefit from brand-new learning facilities featuring the latest technology and contemporary design, while parents enjoy the convenience of a short walk or drive for drop-off.</p> <p style="margin-left: 40px;">The primary school will be co-located with a district sports park, which will feature sporting fields, a network of pedestrian and bike paths, play spaces and open fields.</p> <p style="margin-left: 40px;">A state high school is expected also planned for the community in the future (2040 &ndash; 2045), alongside a second, larger sports park, providing space and facilities for practicing and playing structured and organised sports, including spectator seating and parking for major sports events.</p> <p style="margin-left: 40px;">&nbsp;</p> <h3 style="margin-left: 40px;">A place to connect</h3> <p style="margin-left: 40px;">A cafe and community space will become the heart of the community in its early stages, providing a space for residents to come together. These amenities are planned to be co-located with the Kindira sales centre and project office, offering prospective new residents a warm welcome to the community. Three dedicated neighbourhood centres will be delivered in future stages (2030 onwards) to provide additional hubs for community events and activities.</p> <p style="margin-left: 40px;">&nbsp;</p> <h3 style="margin-left: 40px;">A place to call home</h3> <p style="margin-left: 40px;">If yIn the first five years, Mirvac plans to deliver 1,000 homesites to meet growing demand for housing in the region. Kindira is part of the Greater Flagstone Priority Development Area (PDA) which the State Government has identified as a strategic area for new housing.&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin-left: 40px;">Kindira will offer a range of homesites from 300sqm to 640sqm, to suit a mix of housing types &ndash;&nbsp; from townhouses and duplexes to detached homes.
