<p style="margin-left: 40px;">Developed by the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA), EnviroDevelopment is a nationally recognised, independently assessed certification that acknowledges leadership in environmental performance, design innovation, and community wellbeing. </p>
<p style="margin-left: 40px;">The significance of this achievement has been recognised by the National EnviroDevelopment Board of Management, which commended Kindira for its extensive provision of greenspace, including dedicated conservation areas and public parks. </p>
<p style="margin-left: 40px;">The Board also acknowledged the project’s proactive and structured approach to community engagement, highlighting early and ongoing consultation with local stakeholders and a long-term strategy to foster a connected, inclusive, and resilient community.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 40px;">Together, these elements translate into tangible benefits for residents: healthier homes, lower energy and water use, protected natural landscapes, and neighbourhoods designed to thrive well beyond completion.
