<p style="margin-left: 40px;">About 40 per cent of Kindira’s masterplan will be dedicated to conservation bushland that will be protected and rehabilitated, along with significant green spaces, parklands and sporting fields.</p>

<p style="margin-left: 40px;">All homes will link to nature, whether close to environmental areas, parks and playgrounds, or green corridors that sit alongside waterways. Walking, hiking and cycling trails will wind throughout, connecting residents to the natural assets at the doorstep, while active parks and community spaces will encourage people to stay healthy and enjoy the great outdoors.</p>
<h3 style="margin-left: 40px;">An Elevated Retreat</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 40px;">Kindira’s elevated position in Monarch Glen means the community will benefit from views and cooling breezes. Its design and streetscapes will also have an elevated feel, with a strong sense of arrival.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 40px;">The cohesive landscape and urban design align with the natural beauty of the area, taking full advantage of the site, and creating a sense of calmness and being welcomed home. Design guidelines will ensure this carries through the homes and streetscapes, enhancing value for all Kindira homeowners.</p>

<p style="margin-left: 40px;">A collaboration with the traditional owners of the land will ensure Kindira is a place where people can reconnect to country. A planned cultural interpretation centre is earmarked, creating a space for education, storytelling and interpretation through art. Local First Nations artist Melanie Gordon worked with Mirvac to create the Respecting Country symbol that forms a key pillar of the new community and is creating an artwork for the future sales office.</p>
<h3 style="margin-left: 40px;">Interconnected Journeys</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 40px;">Walkability is another cornerstone of Kindira, with existing approvals providing for substantial onsite amenities to support the growing population. A state primary school and high school are both part of Kindira’s masterplan and will be located for accessibility from throughout the community.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 40px;">There will also be 13 parks of various sizes and designs, from a large-scale recreation park to two sports parks, and 10 neighbourhood parks, so every resident is within 400 metres of a green open space. Retail, services and conveniences will be located within a district centre, alongside a proposed future train station, and in neighbourhood and community centres.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 40px;">Other planned amenities include a branch library, art gallery, performing arts centre, indoor sports centre and swimming pool.</p>
<h3 style="margin-left: 40px;">Building Community</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 40px;">A dedicated community facilitator has already been appointed and begun implementing Kindira’s diverse community program, based on inclusivity, connection and pride.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 40px;">With the aim of fostering genuine connections, and activating parks and community spaces, the program focuses on bringing residents together. There will be a range of free activities, from casual coffee catch-ups to kids' sporting activities and community events celebrating festivities like Easter, Halloween and Christmas.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 40px;">A mix of housing choices will further add to Kindira’s vibrancy, with stand-alone homes, semi-detached options and townhomes, to suit purchasers at different ages and stages. Homesites will also come in a variety of sizes, from 300sqm to 640sqm, with frontages from 11 metres to 20 metres, enabling buyers to build the home that best suits their lifestyle and budget.</p>
